Two New 3DS Colours Announced For Japan

Nintendo has announced two snazzy new 3DS colours for Japan.

The 'Light Blue' and 'Gloss Pink' versions of the standard 3DS (as opposed to XL) system will be available from March 20 for 15,000 yen. Additionally, both will come with a 4GB memory card as standard, rather than the 2GB one nestled inside other 3DS models.

Check 'em out:

IGN has reached out to Nintendo to see if there's any chance of a Western release and will update this story as soon as we know more. In the meantime, be sure to let us know which one you'd like to get your hands on in the comments.

Luke Karmali is IGN's UK Editorial Assistant and is looking into getting a 3DS. You too can revel in mediocrity by following him on IGN and on Twitter.
